Assistant Key Account Manager (E-commerce)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce to manage and drive the online business across E-commerce marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalogue management, advertising, and sales performance analysis, with a solid understanding of platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive the company’s online business across E-commerce and Quick Comme rce platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, etc.
Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including product listings, promotions, deals, discounts, and operational issue resolution.
Ensure catalogue hygiene by maintaining accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory updates across platforms.
Manage and coordinate return handling processes efficiently to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and optimize Flipkart fulfilment operations and marketplace performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools,



and best practices related to Flipkart advertising and marketplace growth strategies.
Monitor sales performance, analyse data and trends, and implement action plans to improve business performance and revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for smooth business operations and timely issue resolution.
Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, market trends, account health, and operational update.

Desired Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in managin g Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto & Swiggy.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required
Solid understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and online sales processes.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with prior experience working directly with Flipkart or Quick Commerce businesses will be preferred.
