Purpose of this position / Position summary

Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants.

• Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales.

• Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience.

• Leads Execution of key components of marketing programs

• Current Project planning and execution

• Work closely with the Regional Manager for developing sales strategies Provide market intelligence in

term of business, product & proposal.

• Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting.





• Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time.

• To lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSO Employee

Retention Employee Productivity

Primary duties and responsibilities :

• Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA –

Marketing / Sales

• Experience – Minimum 6 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical,

electronic or related industry with Minimum 3 years exp managing a team.

• Solid channel & distribution management skills

• Should be very positive team player and have an experience in handling team is must
