Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Key responsibilities:** To manage and execute **end-to-end HR operations** , ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate time office management, and productive handling of **employee lifecycle activities** . **Onboarding & Induction** + Manage **joining formalities and documentation** for new employees + Ensure smooth **onboarding and induction process** + Coordinate with departments for **joining readiness** **Time Office & Attendance Management** + Handle **attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records** + Monitor **biometric systems and time office compliance** + Support payroll inputs related to **attendance & leave data** **Employee Lifecycle Management** + Maintain employee records from **joining to exit** + Handle **confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations** + Ensure all HR records are **updated and compliant** **HR Operations & Compliance** + Maintain **employee data, personal files,
