About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, GST filings, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance, and the ability to ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Perform month-end closing activities and ensure timely closure of books.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
Record and reconcile bank transactions, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns within statutory timelines.
Manage GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in return filing and maintain proper documentation of financial records.




Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews.
Maintain accounting records and supporting documents in an organized manner.
Support the Finance team with reports, analysis, and other accounting activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) , M.Com , or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
Solid knowledge of GST (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) , TDS , and statutory compliances.
Experience in month-end closing and MIS reporting.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally Prime , Busy , or other accounting ERP software.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
