Altima Global is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive – Auditorium Solutions to join our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-office prospect based in Connaught Place, Recent Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling auditorium setup solutions, Audio Visual (AV) systems, or related technology solutions. You will be responsible for handling leads, conducting online and in-person client meetings, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with inbound and assigned leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Schedule and conduct online and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable auditorium, AV, and conference room solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

Coordinate with the technical team to deliver the best solution for customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.

Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a smooth sales process.





Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.

Previous experience selling Auditorium Setup, Audio Visual (AV), Video Conferencing, Home Theatre, Smart Classroom, or related solutions is mandatory.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Confident in conducting both online and in-person client meetings.

Strong client handling and relationship management skills.

Target-oriented with a passion for sales.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
