Wex Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals for water treatment and a subsidiary of Aquatech International (USA), is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the procurement and commercial functions

Role Purpose

To drive regional sales growth through channel partners while providing technical support, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of water treatment solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
Support and manage existing channel partners to achieve sales targets
Identify and develop recent channel partners to expand market reach
Achieve regional sales targets for IWS products
Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers
Support service activities such as plant surveys, start-ups, and jar testing
Prepare proposals and assist in business development activities
Promote digitalization and automation solutions through channel partners




Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) regularly
Submit travel and activity reports on a fortnightly basis
Maintain confidentiality of company data and information

Must Have Experience
Experience in sales/technical services in water treatment industry
Knowledge of cooling water, boiler, ETP/RO systems
Experience in channel partner management and business development
Ability to handle technical discussions and customer interactions
Solid communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting

Valuable to Have Experience
Experience in digital/automation solutions in water treatment
Exposure to proposal preparation and techno-commercial discussions
Experience in payment follow-ups and credit control
Knowledge of regional market and competitors
Experience in conducting trials and plant audits
