Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Rishikesh, India. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills

Customer Service experience
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
