Responsibilities

Reviewing the accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Manage the organization's budgeting process, including budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis. Collaborate with department heads to develop budget plans aligned with business objectives and operational needs.




Monitor cash flow projections and manage cash balances to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Implement cash management strategies, including optimizing cash flows, managing receivables, and overseeing payables.
Identify and assess financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and financial integrity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Coordinate financial audits and examinations by external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Evaluate investment prospects, assess risks and returns, and make recommendations for investment decisions. Manage investment portfolios to optimize returns while maintaining appropriate levels of risk.
