About the Role:
Sr. Engineer, Platform leads the design, development, and automation of T-Mobile’s data and infrastructure platforms that enable analytics and software delivery across the enterprise. This role serves as a technical expert, driving platform reliability, scalability, and modernization through cloud-native and automation-first solutions. The engineer builds reusable frameworks, integrates infrastructure as code,



and enhances observability across complex systems. This position provides technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural direction that advances T-Mobile’s builder culture and accelerates cloud and data transformation.

What You’ll Do:
Architect, design, and implement automated, cloud-native platform solutions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Ansible
Develop reusable platform components, automation frameworks, and blueprints for multi-cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and GCP
Identify, assess, and automate repetitive manual platform tasks by developing backend scripts and utilities in Python, PowerShell— reducing toil, minimizing human error, and accelerating platform delivery cycles
