Technical /Orientation/Refresher Training to Employees , Partners and Recent Joinees. Both Class room and OJT.
Resove lift critical issues and support to transparent the shut downs
Prepare and Circulate OPI / TIPS/CI based on issues.
Support to arrange alternative spares & non-Supriya spares.
Analyse the callback, Service done and other parameters and conduct Service performance review meeting with PPT presentation.
Conduct lift survey for Non-Supriya Equipments and give clearance for acquisition.
Attend customer meeting along with branch people for technical support.
Monitor the call back, SD & LSD on daily basis
Preparation of Electrical drawing as and when required.
Other routines as required by Management time to time.
