Job Description:
Configure, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) or ERP (Finance & Operations/Supply Chain) solutions.
Develop custom applications, plugins, workflows, and business process automation using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
Develop Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Manage application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, workflows, and architecture documentation in Confluence.
Collaborate with QA, product managers,



and cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.
