Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Act as the technical lead for Azure Infrastructure, guiding a team of consultants through successful SAP migrations and infrastructure builds.

Hands-On Expertise:
Leverage your extensive experience across applications, databases, networking, and operating systems to design and implement robust Azure solutions.

Client Engagement:
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed expectations.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies, tools, and best practices. Apply creative solutions to complex challenges, thinking outside the box to conceptualize current designs and workflows.

Proactive Problem Solving:
Identify and implement proactive solutions that prevent future issues and reduce costs for customers who have migrated their SAP systems to Azure.

Automation & Optimization:
Advocate for and implement automation of infrastructure and basis activities to maximize efficiency and reduce manual intervention.





Mentorship & Team Support:
Mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their development and the overall success of the team.

Emergency Response & RCA:
Lead emergency response efforts, assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and conduct Technical Deep Dives when necessary.

Tooling & Methodology Improvement:
Continuously improve and evolve Bright Tier s tooling and methodologies to enhance service delivery.

Out-of-Hours Support:
Provide out-of-hours support as required on the support role

Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead small teams and deliver successful customer outcomes.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within globally diverse teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Extensive hands-on experience with engineering and configuring cloud infrastructures using automation tools.
