KEY RESULT AREAS

· Strengthening B2B, Travel, HoReCa & Institutional sales networks.
· Build long-term relationship with the customers, Vendors, Institutions/ Canteens.
· Liaise effectively with key accounts to get Company & its SKUs listed in order to enhance sales.
Ensuring that all SKUs are listed and available in given chains.
Expand distribution and current account acquisitions in the assigned geographic area through effective market analysis.
Crafting current sales strategies and offers for pushing the sales
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region
· Strengthening Heritage’s brand association & awareness in the mind of customers
· Ensuring 100% fill rate, PO follow up and smooth delivery of PO.
Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO) and Hygiene of products at MRF stores/channels.
Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.




· Sales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals).
· Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.
· Develop and administer credit policies and ensure timely collections.
· Plan/execute/support local marketing activities, such as sampling/promotions, to agreed budgets and time scales, and integrating sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, product launches and promotions.
Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.
Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,
· Proper display, merchandising and increasing shelf share of brand.
· Regular update on competitor margin and activities/Launch
· Initiates and follows up on new business prospects.
· Own P&L; responsibility
