About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering recruitment and experience managing end-to-end hiring across technical functions. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS records.
Work closely with external recruitment partners whenever required.
Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mandatory). An MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in hiring for engineering and technical roles.
Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, EPC, engineering services, or related industries.
