Role Overview
You'll architect, deploy, and optimize Deccan AI's cloud setting — balancing performance, cost, and security. You'll work closely with DevOps and Security to ensure infrastructure decisions scale with the business.
Responsibilities




Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Manage compute, storage, networking, and database resources
Optimize cloud costs through right-sizing, reserved instances, and usage analysis
Set up high-availability and disaster recovery architecture
Configure VPCs, load balancers, and networking components
Partner with DevOps/Security to enforce infra best practices
Evaluate and integrate current cloud services as the company's needs grow
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred)
Experience with networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancing)
Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Understanding of cost optimization strategies
Solid troubleshooting and system design skills
