Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in creative direction, graphic design, or brand development, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or jewellery industries.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Lead to drive the brand’s creative vision and ensure consistency across all visual communications. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design execution, requiring the individual to guide the creative team while actively contributing to design projects when needed.
The ideal candidate will be a cooperative team player with expertise in both traditional design software and up-to-date digital design platforms. They should be capable of shaping brand direction, developing compelling visual narratives, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Direction
Define, develop, and implement the brand’s creative vision, visual identity, and campaign aesthetics.




Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand’s positioning and objectives.
Brand Guidelines
Create, document, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines covering typography, color palettes, photography styles, packaging, layouts, and visual standards.
Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Hands-on Design Execution
Actively contribute to design projects and support the team in delivering high-quality creative assets within deadlines.
Review and refine creative work to maintain brand standards.
Mood Boards & Concept Development
Develop seasonal mood boards, creative concepts, and visual inspirations for campaigns, collections, and marketing initiatives.
Translate business objectives into compelling creative ideas.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, photography, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
