The Education Counseling role involves providing guidance and support to students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths. This position is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about helping students succeed.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students regarding educational pathways and career options.
Assist students in identifying their interests, strengths, and weaknesses to help them make informed decisions about their education.
Provide information on various educational programs, scholarships, and admission processes in India and abroad.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and organizations to stay updated on the latest opportunities and trends.
Organize workshops, seminars, and information sessions to educate students and parents about educational options and resources.




Guide students through the application process for universities and colleges, including essay writing and interview preparation.

Skills and Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
Excellent listening skills to understand student needs and concerns.
Knowledge of the Indian educational system and various career paths available to students.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using technology for counseling purposes, including online platforms and tools.
A degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in counseling will be an advantage.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
