Job Description: IT Support Natural Adabas (AMF) - Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 - 8 years)

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented IT Support (AMF) with expertise in Natural Adabas to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems and tools. The role involves identifying and resolving anomalies, supporting internal teams, and contributing to

the development of operational procedures and technical documentation.

The Lead Programmer Analyst will act as a key interface between operational teams, reliability coordinators, buyers, and end-users, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services. By leveraging their technical expertise in Natural Adabas and problem-solving skills, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining system reliability, driving process improvements, and supporting the

adoption of recent technologies.

The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, third-party vendors, and end-users,



to ensure the effective resolution of issues and the successful implementation of IT solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or Engineering.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Natural Adabas and system maintenance.
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize issues and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
Proactive, innovative, and curious mindset.
Structured and organized, with solid time management skills.
Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Patience and empathy when dealing with end users.
Adaptability to a complex and changing environment.
Qualified-level English communication skills (French is a plus).
Strong expertise in Natural Adabas.
Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and business applications.
Familiarity with maintenance and reliability methods in IT systems.
