We have a role for a Manager – Accounting & Finance Operations to oversee day to- day accounting transactions & Data operations for Omnicom Real Estate Group US . This might be a excellent fit if have robust accounting skills and would to be part of leading a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global and India Finance Teams
Responsibilities
Client & Agency Service:
Closely collaborate with other Working Capital Managers and Analyst to prepare monthly Working Capital (AR and AP) reporting for all Omnicom Media Group agencies.
Run reporting and aggregate Working Capital data from multiple sources (Mediaocean, Microsoft D365,



Cognos); create custom reports in Excel, as directed.
Efficiently load Working Capital data to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), identifying and resolving issues before submission while meeting internal deadlines.
Reconcile Working Capital data to General Ledger data within HFM monthly.
Monitor Accounts Receivable balances - Review ARs by agency/region/client and identify issues. Collaborate closely with Budget Project Managers (BPMs), Finance Directors (FDs), and other internal staff to optimize collections and ensure timely
