Role purpose To control the activity in RM Warehouse & planning. Support the customer ( Production) with timely action related with material.

Safety

To implement SOP's for safety so as to build protected working setting by ensuring adherence to safety norms. No. of recordable/restricted injuries

Safety audit score

Timeliness of implementation of countermeasure for safety audit observations

Material planning & control. To Make All MRP files (RG,PVB & BOP) and send to Buyer for timly arrangemnet of raw material. Weekly /Monthly

To Make DO Vs Actual Receiving as per plan To find out any shortage and Excess against DO/PO

Follow up with Buyer / concern person for any Shortages in (RG,PVB,FG Tempered & BOP). Target for 100% of On-time deliveries.

To ensure timely deliveries for the un-interrupted flow of production cycle in order to maintain customer schedules.



Target for 100% of On-time deliveries.

To make Allocation summary with Min allocation losses Monthly

Trace all Intransit Items to avoid any shortages in plant Daily

To Make and update Plan VS Actual Consumption Monthly

To ensure timely deliveries to Production to avoid line stoppages Daily

To Control the raw material value in warehouse and plan for excess inventory Daily

Inventory management. Monitorning of physical qty. v/s actual against system for critical Raw materials & BOM parts. Monthly.

Monitorning of physical qty. v/s actual against system for BOM items. Weekly.

Monitoring slow moving, non moving , dead stock & plan to liquedate it. Monthly.

Monitorning the stock & wastage of shelf life items. Monthly.

To review the Min/Max.Inventory level & act accordingly based on it on regular basis in order to optimize Inventory. Inventory as Min/Max.
