We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java, Springboot and AWS Lead (MLSE/LSE) to join our energetic team. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving the development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications utilizing Java, Springboot, and AWS cloud services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Java and Springboot
Architect, implement, and optimize AWS cloud services and infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals
Troubleshoot and address performance and security issues
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in Java, Springboot, and AWS
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with a robust focus on Springboot




Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus
