Valuable Knowledge on Surveys and Engagement
Proactively monitor the alarms and alerts from Lakeside SysTrack and Integrating with ServiceNow
Configuration of the toolset and creation of Dashboards to demonstrate specific metrics.
Produce Reports to demonstrate investigations / issues.
Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution.
Proven Experience of working with SQL query and PowerShell scripting
Develop and maintain Python and PowerShell scripts to automate manual tasks and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and requirements.




Emphasize and maintain the highest standards of security in all automation tasks to protect sensitive endpoint data.

Creating and Using SysTrack dashboard to provide the analytical results
