Job Summary





We are looking for a Network Application Support Engineer to monitor the Network Monitoring System (NMS) from the NOC and troubleshoot application, database, and Linux-related issues. The role involves identifying root causes, analyzing MySQL queries and stored procedures, writing Python/Shell scripts, and coordinating with Development, Database, Networking, and client teams for timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in Application/NMS Support.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Linux CLI.
Strong knowledge of MySQL, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.
Experience in Python or Shell scripting.
Positive understanding of IP networking and technologies such as MPLS, CEN, and FTTH.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, SSH, and Networking concepts.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-handling skills.
