Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different business segments.
Efficiently handle bulk and niche hiring requirements.
Support Talent Acquisition (TA) operations , including pre-onboarding formalities and continuous candidate engagement.
Execute ad hoc HR/TA tasks to ensure operational excellence within the department.
Provide a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs),



and external partners to meet staffing needs.

What We're Seeking
3–5 years of recruitment experience in both bulk and niche hiring environments.
Proficiency in pre-onboarding formalities and vendor coordination.
Strong communication and active listening skills .
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A solution-oriented approach with a calm demeanor, even under pressure.
Empathetic, patient, and people-focused , with a genuine passion for connecting with individuals.
