Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Ajmal’s social media and public relations strategies. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, coordinating influencer collaborations, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) across all platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.




Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution.
Track and analyze social media insights, trends, and performance metrics to optimize engagement.
Coordinate with the creative and design teams for visuals, videos, and campaign assets.
Monitor competition and industry trends to implement best practices.
Influencer Marketing
Identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships relevant to the fragrance and luxury industry.
Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers and content creators.
Track influencer content performance and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, events, and brand promotions.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to integrate PR and social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Crisis Management
Monitor online conversations and manage brand reputation across digital platforms.
