Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and business partners.
Drive sales and promote EzeePay products and services.
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.
Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred).
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Industry Preference:
FinTech, Banking, BFSI, Payments, Telecom, or Financial Services.
