Job Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for compute infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, and cloud settings.
Monitor system performance, health checks, and incident management through ticketing tools.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues related to compute infrastructure.
Assist with user access management and permission configurations.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for escalation and issue resolution.
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Adhere to SLAs for response and resolution times.

Technical Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux Server administration .
Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar).
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Awareness of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
