Job Title – Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis)
The role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner to leadership in driving business performance and strengthening P&L; management. In this role, you will take ownership of labor variance analysis, labor walk reporting, volume-rate impact assessments, FX impact calculations, and cost allocations across departments and regions. You will also play a critical role in close activities, forecasting, quarterly outlooks,



and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This is a high-visibility position that requires solid analytical rigor, explicit communication, and effective cross-functional stakeholder partnership
What you’ll do for us
Lead FP&A; activities including monthly/ quarterly close, analysis and reporting for the respective function/ business.
Work with Accounting during close process to ensure accurate entries and suggest reclasses, accruals as needed
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Prepare and present P&L; monthly reporting package with variance explanations, headcount analysis, expense detail by vendor
Develop quarterly forecasts and bottoms-up budget, working with the Finance Manager and portfolio leaders
Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights d
