Job Description
To effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of the Showroom.
Understand sales, profitability, and other business targets and the methodology for their achievement.
Gain a deep understanding of the sales data analysis process within the showroom.
Suggest improvements for sales efficiency, quality,
and cost optimization by benchmarking leading industry practices.
Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment based on sales performance and customer preferences.
Interact directly with customers to understand their requirements and buying patterns, ensuring service delivery aligns with the Malabar Gold & Diamonds Brand Promise.
Thoroughly understand and adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
Suggest and implement measures for cost savings through process optimization.
Develop a robust understanding of sales strategies, product knowledge, customer purchase behavior, and market trends .
