Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service .
Manage staff, scheduling, and performance to maintain smooth operations.

Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Assist in revenue generation, sales, and promotions .
Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience : 2 to 5 years in entertainment, hospitality, retail , or related industries.
Preference : Candidates from nearby locations.
