Field Engineering Technical support Manager
Role Overview:
Current position at head office is highly technical and analytical role and is responsible for technical support to field , critical problem solving, Subject matter expert for SMS (Service Management system) technical parameters. Responsible for Callback analysis and driving callback reduction. Involvement in new product development at factory from field perspective.
On a typical day you will:
Provide engineering & technical support to Service, MOD, Recent Equipment field team
Manage Callback reduction centre, analysis of the callback data of different product models, callback category and drive callback reduction
Develop standard field processes/documents i.e. Maintenance procedures, Technical information articles, Field Training modules
Involved in Factory LDC, PIC projects. Field learnings, follow the fleet, Turn-back resolutions

What You Will Need to be Successful:
Positive technical knowledge and quality analysis techniques skill essential




Works closely and being a coordinator with field operations and factory team for technical issues
Analytical and problem skill solving methods.
Position require education qualification as Diploma/Degree Electronic/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience, elevator Industry experience preferable
