An Export & Import Logistics qualified is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics and communication required for moving goods internationally. This role ensures smooth coordination, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipments.
Process orders and coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, customs, and transport partners.
Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, customs documentation, and international trade laws.
Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages,



or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of exports, imports, and related documentation.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor shipping schedules, costs, and vendor performance to optimize logistics efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in export-import logistics.
Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
