Job Role: Sales & Customer Acquisition – Kotak 811

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire current customers for opening zero balance account through online leads,open-market and field sales activities.

Achieve assigned account acquisition and sales targets.

Cross-sell banking and financial products

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.

Work within the assigned geographical area and generate business from the mapped market.

Conduct customer meetings, sales initiatives, and promotional activities.

Maintain proper customer records and ensure timely follow-up.

Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.

Follow all bank processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
