KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Zepto




Develop a team of brokers and consultants to deliver the building requirements across different geo
Develop strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to Real Estate development in the assigned geography
Maintain regular communications with all business owners including local and central Finance managers,legal, Operations, Facilities and Projects team
Landlord relations, negotiation and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity
Alteration management and reducing Fix costs (all building related costs)

QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA and Civil Engineering Degree, Chartered Surveyors / RICS member, Civil Degree holders, who have real estate exposure
Experience in real estate management, lease negotiations, and site selection
Vendor management and relationship-building skills with landlords, brokers, and contractors
Strong project management, budgeting, and pro
