About The Role

We are seeking a Power Platform & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade automation solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role will focus on automating business processes, integrating systems, and improving operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with business and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and optimized solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Power Automate
Build and support low-code applications using Power Apps
Integrate Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams,



Outlook) with enterprise systems
Develop REST API and webhook-based integrations
Automate approval workflows and business processes
Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation solutions for performance and reliability
Troubleshoot workflow failures, authentication issues, and connector-related problems
Support deployment, migration, and workplace management activities
Create technical documentation, user guides, and best practices
Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities

What You Need To Be Successful

3–6 years of relevant experience in Power Platform and automation
Solid hands-on experience with:
Power Automate
Power Apps
SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook / Exchange Online
Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience in system integration using:
REST APIs, Webhooks
JSON and data transformation
Workflow orchestration and approval processes
Knowledge
