We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals to manage the complete seller journey for a leading online marketplace for pre-owned two-wheelers. This is a revenue-focused telesales role where you will engage with sellers, activate listings, sell paid packages, and support successful vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify seller leads generated through website and marketing channels.
Explain available selling options and guide sellers through the process.
Schedule vehicle inspections and ensure timely completion.
Support KYC verification and listing activation.
Sell paid seller packages and drive listing renewals.
Promote Value Added Services (VAS) through upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
Generate ATVs (Agree to Visit) and follow up until deal closure.
Manage an assigned seller portfolio and ensure a great customer experience.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Acquisition, or Account Management.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
Good relationship management and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
Experience in automotive, fintech, classifieds, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is an advantage.
