About Position:

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Lead with solid expertise in Snowflake, dbt, and Data Warehousing to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust ELT pipelines, implementing data transformation frameworks, ensuring data quality, and driving best practices across up-to-date cloud-based analytics ecosystems. This role requires a robust blend of technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

What You'll Do:

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines using dbt (Data Build Tool) on Snowflake.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for analytics and reporting use cases.
Build and manage ELT pipelines within Snowflake leveraging dbt models (staging, intermediate, marts layers).




Implement incremental data processing, snapshots, and slowly changing dimensions using dbt best practices.
Perform data ingestion and integration from multiple sources (APIs, flat files, legacy systems) into Snowflake.
Design and maintain data warehouse architecture (star/snowflake schema) for analytical workloads.
Ensure data quality by implementing validation tests, data profiling, and monitoring using dbt tests and frameworks.
Optimize Snowflake performance through clustering, partitioning, query tuning, and warehouse management.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), data security, and governance within Snowflake environment.
Collaborate with analytics, BI, and data science teams to deliver curated datasets and business insights.
Maintain technical documentation including data models, lineage, and transformation logic.
Participate in architecture discussions, performance tuning, and cost optimization initiatives
