Safety Of Manpower:-

To monitor & implement SOP's for safety so as to build secure working setting for project execution Safety performance index

Continuous Training on Safety Norms.

To conduct daily safety audit and get the unsafe activities / conditions rectified in order to ensure safe execution of the project Safety audit score

Project Planning To detail up the requirement of the user department, analyse and plan the layout & drawing. timeliness

To make the schedule, cost estimate of the Elect & Utility work involved in the project timeliness

Selection of electrical equipment specification of power transformer ,HT panel

,LT panel ,VFD ,lighting ,cabling etc timeliness & project cost

To make key process indicators / deliverables for the project in coordination with user departments timeliness

Project Execution To study the drawing, design of the layout





/engineering designs of building for new project execution ,Elect substation ,HT < electrification power transformer ,HT panel

,LT panels ,VFD and ulitity equimpment and submit for approval to Unit Head Project timeliness & project cost

To manage Procurement functions from vendor development, source selection,negotiation to receiving the equipments/services required for the project procurement costs
