Job Title: Project Manager —Research Operations
Location: Bangalore, India (Virtual, Travel to office on Need Basis)

Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to support research operations and provide sales-support functions for two service lines. The role combines commercial documentation support, project configuration,
revenue forecasting, billing assistance, and delivery of concise insights to Sales and Leadership. The position focuses on maintaining accurate processes and documentation, enabling timely commercial execution, and improving operational efficiency.
About the Team:
The Research Operations team partners with Sales, Delivery and Finance to scale client engagements with rigor and transparency. The team standardizes processes, enforces contractual compliance, and builds reporting that supports executive decision-making. You will join a team focused on accuracy, automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercials documentation & pricing support for assigned service lines.
Configure projects and maintain contract/project records.
Maintain revenue forecasts and support recognition/close activities.
