Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Location: Rajajinagar
Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
Provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
Follow company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills:Valuable communication skills in English and regional languages are an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
