We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager- Taxation, based in our Vistra, Mumbai, India . Reporting to the Manager, this full time and permanent position is based in Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited, Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC operations department and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing the tax returns for Corporate and individual entities based in Ireland.
Coordinating with the Ireland tax team
Corresponding with the Revenue Commissioners on behalf of the clients.




Managing the ROS inbox and communicating with respective Client Managers/GSC team to close the enquiries.
Analysing and reviewing company financial statements in order to prepare tax computations.
Capital Gain tax calculations would be required as a part of income tax computation
Ensuring that the predefined SLA’s are met
Liaise with key stakeholders
Owning and completing any ad-hoc projects
Adhere and delivery service request with 100% of client SLA as agreed up on.

Key requirements:

Good communication skills both written and verbal
Positive accounting acumen and excellent excel skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently;
