Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of the Showroom.
Understand sales, profitability, and other business targets and the achievement methodology.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and prospects within the showroom.
Suggest improvements for sales efficiency, quality,



and cost optimization by benchmarking leading practices.
Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure replenishment based on sales data and customer preferences.
Interact directly with customers to understand their requirements and buying patterns , ensuring service delivery aligns with the Brand Promise.
Understand and adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
Suggest measures for cost savings through process implementation and optimization.
Develop a deep understanding of sales, product knowledge, customer purchase behavior, and market trends .
