Job Summary :
The IT Asset Management & IT Helpdesk Operations Executive will be responsible for managing IT assets, overseeing IT Helpdesk operations, coordinating with location IT teams, and ensuring effective delivery of IT Facility Management Services (FMS). The role includes maintaining accurate IT asset records, managing ITSM tools, reviewing helpdesk performance, and coordinating hardware and software asset management activities to ensure seamless IT operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Asset Management
Prepare, maintain, and periodically review the IT Asset Register(hardware and software).
Track asset lifecycle including procurement, allocation, movement, warranty/AMC, and disposal.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT asset management policies and audit requirements.
Perform periodic asset reconciliation and verification with location IT teams.
Maintain records for licenses, contracts, and renewals for software assets.

IT Helpdesk Operations




Manage day to day operations of the IT Helpdesk to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Administer and monitor the ITSM tool (ticket logging, tracking, escalation, closure, and reporting).
Review helpdesk tickets for SLA adherence, quality of resolution, and user satisfaction.
Prepare and share periodic helpdesk performance reports with IT management.
Identify recurring issues and work with technical teams for root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Coordination with Location IT Teams
Coordinate with Location IT teams for regular IT Helpdesk reviews.
Collect and consolidate IT consumable requirements from locations.
Support location IT teams in asset movement, onboarding, deboarding, and audits.
Ensure standard IT processes and controls are followed uniformly across locations.

FMS Vendor Coordination & Review
Coordinate and review performance of IT Facility Management Services (FMS) service providers.
Monitor adherence to contracted SLAs
