Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate machines (lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, CNC, or conventional) as per job requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Measure, mark, and align workpieces to ensure accuracy.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and precision.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards.
Maintain records of production, machine settings, and material usage.
