Key Responsibilities
Prepare thickshakes, desserts items according to Frullato's standard recipes.
Take customer orders, process billing, and handle cash/digital payments.
Serve orders promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter, equipment, and dining area.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOPs at all times.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock replenishment.
Assist teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Report equipment issues, inventory shortages, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask in both kitchen and counter operations.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Punctual, well-groomed, and disciplined.
Previous café, QSR, or dessert outlet experience is preferred but not mandatory.
