About the Role
Vedantu is looking for passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselors to guide parents and students in the USA through their academic journey. The role involves understanding student needs, recommending suitable learning programs, and driving enrollments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective parents and students from the USA market through phone, video calls, and virtual meetings.
Understand students' academic goals and recommend the most suitable Vedantu learning programs.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with parents by providing personalized guidance and resolving queries.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain program features, pricing, and learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding process.




Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining solid sales performance.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Consulting.
Experience in handling international customers (preferably the USA market) is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales setting.

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent objection-handling and closing abilities.
Customer-centric approach with robust relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared is an added advantage.
