The Opportunity
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for Navi Mumbai R&D;, supporting ~200+ employees across critical global functions.The role combines direct HRBP ownership and site HR responsibility to enable business growth under the organization’s strategy.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Partner with R&D; leaders all R&D; functions to drive people agenda
Lead workforce planning, org design, and capability building aligned to business growth
Develop and execute people plans for supported functions
Own and manage employee relations, investigations,
and complex case resolutions
Act as primary HR contact for Navi Mumbai site, ensuring strong employee connect and responsiveness
Drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives
Lead and anchor key processes including:
Performance Management
Talent & Succession Planning
Compensation cycles
Leadership development and PIP management
Ensure consistent and compliant execution across functions
Leverage people analytics and insights to identify trends and drive interventions
Monitor key metrics (attrition, engagement, workforce mix) and recommend actions
Work closely with COEs (TA, C&B;, L&OD;) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Partner with stakeholders across India R&D; to ensure consistent HR delivery
Your Skills And Experience
5–10 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
