What you'll do

As the Senior Software Engineer, Applications Engineering, your role will be to architect, develop and build robust technology solutions that scale the Finance processes, and related systems. This involves close collaboration with teams across Business Transformation, Application Engineering, Application Product Management, Docusign Product, Data, and Integration teams.





This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Application Engineering - Finance.

Responsibility

Engineer AI/ML pipelines to automate Subscription Billing, Invoicing, Collections and Cash Applications
Build sophisticated design agents and prototypes leveraging GenAI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and MLOps to deliver intelligent conversational insights and predictive financial forecasting
Architect end-to-end technical designs for Oracle Cloud ERP Order to Cash modules , Oracle Subscription Management, Account Receivables, PIM, Payment gateways, Cash Applications and Collections
Develop high-throughput, event-driven inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI
Implement advanced observability and reliability frameworks for integrations, emphasizing idempotency, automated retry logic, comprehensive logging, and real-time metrics
