Your New Role…
Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures
Investigate and resolve issues such as missing payments, duplicate invoices,



and PO mismatches etc.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries through email, chat, and calls.
Ensure AP inquiries comply with company policies.
Support global internal and external customers
In-depth knowledge of PTP processes.
Ad hoc assignments as required by management.
Support PTP system changes, improvements and current company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed
Support integration and onboarding of recent acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems
Qualifications & Experience…
Commerce Graduate (With 2 - 5 years of experience at least)
Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice processing, and
