Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Material Planning & Supply Assurance
Ensure material availability aligned with production and customer demand.




Convert forecasts and production plans into material requirements and replenishment plans.
Proactively manage shortages and supply constraints.
Maintain planning parameters, master data, and ERP integrity.
Inventory Optimization
Optimize inventory levels while balancing service, cost, and working capital.
Reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
Drive inventory accuracy and stock policy improvements.
Supply Risk Management
Identify and mitigate supply risks through alternate sourcing, safety stocks, localization, and business continuity planning.
Lead shortage recovery and contingency planning.
Monitor supplier performance and capacity risks.
Digitalization & Process Excellence
Drive automation, standardization, centralization, and transparency initiatives.
Implement digital solutions using SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and analytics tools.
Develop real-time dashboards, predictive planning models, and AI-enabled insights.
